Customizer for the Web Now Available
SVI Training Products announces the release of CustomizerWeb.
CustomizerWeb is an Internet delivered version of Customizer. Customizer
is a customization tool that is used by SVI clients to customize more
than 150 instructor-led courses to their specific requirements. It
is extremely useful for creating short courses to fit in with client
schedules, or more intense longer courses, by combining different
levels of courseware to accommodate student needs.
CustomizerWeb has been designed to facilitate the installation of
Customizer, and the delivery of the courseware via the SVI website.
All full product licensed customers worldwide can request a username
and password that will give them access to all existing courses that
they have purchased, as well as immediate access to new courses as
they are released.
After logging in, customers will have access to the Download Instructional
Demonstration that shows in detail, how to install the Customizer
software, how to install the selected courses, and how the customize
a product. In addition, detailed help information that includes installation
instructions for existing and new clients, and FAQ's, is available
from the website using the Courseware Software Help button. This information
can be printed for easy reference.
Customers who prefer to use the CD ROM can continue to do so. The
web version eliminates the need for CD updates every time new courses
or updates become available for our full product license customers.
CustomizerWeb makes it quick and easy to supply courseware and customization
tools as soon as customers need them. This product further supports
SVI's stated goal of providing the best possible customer service
available in the industry.
System requirements: Explorer 4 or later, or Netscape 4 or later;
Windows 98, ME, 2000, NT4 or XP; Word 97, 2000, 2002 or 2003. Minimum 56K
modem required - recommend T1, Cable, ISDN or DSL connection.
