Order online If you know exactly what you require, it is easiest to order on-line. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. NOTE: You will receive confirmation of your order, together with confirmed price and shipping information within 24 hours of receipt of the order. This excludes weekends and public holidays in the USA. 2. Order by Fax Fax your order to SVI Customer Service at 1-858-412-4895 . Remember to include complete details about the products being ordered, prices, shipping and billing information, relevant tax information, telephone and fax numbers, credit card details, and by what date the product should reach your destination. 3. Order by Telephone From the USA, Canada, and all other countries call 1-858-768-9890 . 4. Shipping Information All orders are shipped using UPS or an equivalent carrier. For domestic USA orders, you must specify service required choosing from Next Day, 2 day, 3 day and Ground (4-7) day delivery. For all International orders choose from Canada Standard, Worldwide Express (2-3) days and Worldwide Expedited (4-5) days. The number of shipping days excludes weekends and public holidays. SVI ships products within 24 hours of receipt of the order. This excludes weekends and public holidays in the USA. Freight will be prepaid and added to your account. Payment Methods Customers with established credit facilities can use this online ordering system and indicate where appropriate, your customer account number and method of payment. New corporate customers can establish credit facilities by contacting SVI Customer Service and completing a credit application, unless they will be paying by credit card. All international orders must be prepaid by credit card or telegraphic transfer of funds unless other arrangements have been confirmed in writing. Payment must be in US currency. SVI accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER cards, and money orders for payment. Returns/Exchanges Policy Please check you order immediately on receipt. SVI will exchange defective disks or products that have been incorrectly supplied, at no charge. Please call SVI Customer Service for the exchange service. SVI accepts returns of student manuals under the following conditions: There will be a 50% restocking fee and 50% credit towards future purchases. SVI is unable to accept returns for Custom products. For the returns service, please call SVI Customer Service for a returns authorization number. Returns authorized by SVI must be received within 14 days of authorization, or the returns authorization will be canceled. Products returned without a valid returns authorization number will not be accepted. No credit will be given. |
